Looking for a fast and convenient way to pay your Gulf Power bill? Gulf Pay helps you pay your bill on time and manage future payments from the convenience of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.
FEATURES:
• CONVENIENCE: Securely store and access your Gulf Power accounts and payment methods. You only have to enter your Gulf Power account and payment information once.*
• ACCOUNT BALANCE: Want to know how much you need to pay? No problem. Your account balance information is sent directly to the app.
• PAYMENT METHODS: Pay using your VISA®, MasterCard®, and Discover® credit or debit cards
• SAME-DAY PAYMENTS: Make immediate, real time post payments to your Gulf Power account.
• PAYMENT HISTORY: Payment receipts sent directly to your email inbox and view past in-app payments right from the app.**
• MOBILE WEBSITE: Access the Gulf Power mobile website to view your usage, find an office, report an outage, contact Gulf Power, and more.***
*User Credential Disclaimer: Your mobile app user profile is separate from your Gulf Power website user profile
**Only payments using the Gulf Pay mobile app will appear under the Payment History tab.
*** Payments made through the mobile website will not appear in the mobile app payment history.
CONVENIENCE FEE:
• There is a $2.25 convenience fee per payment, charged by TIO Networks
• This fee is the same as other Gulf Power credit card payments options such as online payments, pay by phone, or at the third-party kiosk
• Fee covers all transaction costs, including merchant and bank fees associated with secure, electronic transactions
